Terms & Conditions for an auto shipping services

1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a shipment or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

AAS provides vehicle transportation services throughout the United States, including open and enclosed transport for cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other specialty vehicles.

We act as a broker and arrange transportation through licensed and insured carriers. We do not own or operate all transport vehicles.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide.
• Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, accessibility, fuel prices, seasonal demand, or other factors.
• We strive for transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Any additional charges will be clearly communicated and approved before proceeding.

4. Booking & Payment

• A deposit or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of booking.
• We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and other approved payment methods.

5. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

• You are responsible for disclosing any known mechanical issues, damage, or modifications to your vehicle.
• Our drivers or carriers will perform a visual inspection and document the vehicle’s condition using a condition report at pickup and delivery.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or mechanical failures.

6. Prohibited Items

The following items must not be left inside the vehicle:

• Personal belongings, loose items, or valuables
• Hazardous materials, firearms, or illegal substances
• Perishable goods or live animals

We reserve the right to refuse transport if prohibited items are found.

7. Pickup & Delivery

• Pickup and delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
• You must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses with proper access.
• The vehicle must be in drivable condition unless otherwise agreed (for non-running vehicles, additional fees may apply).

8. Liability & Insurance

• All shipments include basic cargo insurance as required by law.
• Additional insurance coverage may be available upon request.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, traffic, mechanical issues with carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Claims

Any claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date.
• Deposit refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and carrier fees.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
