Allstates Auto Shipping Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: June 15, 2026
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before booking vehicle transport services with Allstates Auto Shipping, LLC (“AAS,” “Allstates Auto Shipping,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) via aasllcusa.com. By requesting a quote or booking a shipment, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
Allstates Auto Shipping, LLC is a licensed and bonded auto transport logistics company registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) under MC-1502444.
- Our Role: We operate as a nationwide transport coordinator and property broker. Our service consists of matching your specific shipping needs, routes, and vehicle types with an elite, vetted network of independent, licensed, and insured motor carriers who perform the physical transportation.
- Carrier Selection: We handle the administrative logistics, carrier safety screening, and dispatch scheduling to ensure your vehicle is assigned to a qualified transport provider.
2. Quotes, Pricing, and Booking Fees
- Quote Validity: All quotes provided are based on current market rates, fuel indices, carrier availability, and vehicle specifications. Quotes are subject to change until a dispatch confirmation is finalized.
- Vehicle Dimensions: Pricing is calculated using standard manufacturer dimensions. If a vehicle is modified (lift kits, oversized tires, racks, etc.) or inoperable, the customer must disclose this at the time of booking to avoid adjustments to the final carrier rate at pickup.
- Deposit & Payment: Any required booking or reservation fee is due upon scheduling confirmation. The remaining balance is typically paid directly to the driver at the time of delivery via certified funds (Cash, Cashier’s Check, or Money Order).
3. Pickup and Delivery Logistics
- Estimated Dates: All scheduling dates provided by AAS are estimates. Weather, traffic, road conditions, and mechanical issues can impact transit times. We coordinate closely with the transport route to keep you updated, but exact pickup or delivery times cannot be legally guaranteed.
- Terminal vs. Door-to-Door: We arrange door-to-door transport services as long as the locations are safely accessible by a large multi-car carrier transport truck. If access is restricted by narrow streets, low branches, or local ordinances, an alternative meeting point (such as a nearby large parking lot) must be arranged with the driver.
4. Vehicle Preparation & Personal Property
Terms and Conditions
- Vehicle Condition: The customer must ensure the vehicle is clean enough for an accurate pre-trip inspection.
- Personal Belongings: Transport trucks are not licensed or insured to transport household goods or personal belongings inside the vehicle. AAS and the assigned transport driver are not liable for any personal items left inside the vehicle during transit.
- Operational Requirements: Inoperable vehicles must be able to roll, steer, and brake, and must be disclosed beforehand so a winch-equipped transport truck can be deployed.
5. Inspections and Damage Claims
- Bill of Lading (BOL): A detailed inspection of the vehicle will be conducted at both pickup and delivery. Both the transport driver and the customer (or their designated agent) must sign the Bill of Lading noting the vehicle’s condition.
- Reporting Damage: In the rare event that damage occurs during transport, it must be noted explicitly on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery to initiate a valid claim.
- Insurance Coverage: The assigned carrier’s cargo insurance acts as the primary policy covering your vehicle during transit. While AAS is not the direct insurer or physical transporter, our compliance team will actively assist you by providing the carrier’s insurance details and documentation to help facilitate a swift claims process.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Terms and Conditions
- Customers may cancel a transport order at any time prior to a carrier being officially assigned and dispatched to the order.
- If a cancellation request is received after a specific transport vehicle has been dispatched to pick up the vehicle, a cancellation or dry-run fee may apply.
7. Governing Law
Terms and Conditions
This Agreement and all transport logistics arranged by AAS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
